The elastic multi-groove belts of the Optibelt CONVEYOR POWER RB series are widely used in the transport and logistics sector. Applications include straight roller conveyors, curved conveyors, pick-up conveyors, sorters, transfer lines, infeed and outfeed systems as well as semi- and fully automatic storage systems. The unique tension cords made of high-quality polyamide provide the belt with flexibility and increase its durability even with frequent start-stop cycles.

The Optibelt CONVEYOR POWER belt has an efficiency of up to 97% and is used for transport weights of 1–1200 kg, depending on the transport speed and acceleration. The Optibelt CONVEYOR POWER belt has also been specially optimized for use in curved conveyors. Thanks to the flexibility of the belt, general tolerances in center distances do not cause problems. This makes installation easier and does not require re-tensioning of the belt.

The design is optimized for this type of application, improving performance, reducing maintenance costs and extending service intervals. This minimizes both labor and costs and increases belt efficiency, which in turn reduces, for example, motor power consumption.
