Heat-resistant bearings have excellent performance in hot and dry environments. They are designed to enhance reliability and reduce environmental impact at operating temperatures of up to 350 °C. A wide variety of variants and models are available.

Heat-resistant bearings can be identified by the following suffix markings in the bearing series marking:
- VA201 = Heat-resistant bearing with a steel cage. Maximum operating temperature 250 °C
- VA208 = Heat-resistant bearing with a graphite cage. Maximum operating temperature 350 °C
- VA228 = Heat-resistant bearing with a graphite cage. Maximum operating temperature 350 °C
