Absorption crumb SORBIX Plus

- Made from calcined diatomaceous earth.
- Flame retardant absorbent granules (melting point > 1360°C) are chemically inert (does not generate heat).
- Absorbs volatile liquids, burning liquids, oil, fuel, strong acid and alkaline compounds and unidentified liquids. Also absorbs water.
- Also suitable for packaging batteries and accumulators as insulation. Works in controlling battery fires due to its high melting point and flame resistance.
- Remains granular, retains liquids even in areas of high traffic, has good penetration on porous asphalt surfaces.
- For use e.g. in chemical plants, property maintenance, vehicle repair shops and industrial maintenance
