FLIR Si1-LD is a Finnish-made acoustic camera for detecting leaks in compressed air systems.
The device is incredibly easy to use and is designed to locate and assess leaks in compressed air systems. This lightweight, handheld camera helps maintenance, production, and design professionals detect leaks faster than traditional methods.
The camera features a precisely positioned MEMS microphone system that provides a highly sensitive and accurate acoustic image. It visually presents ultrasonic data—even in noisy industrial environments. The acoustic image is combined in real time with a digital image, allowing for precise location of the leak source. Built-in analytics concurrently assess the amount of waste generated.
Field analysis and reporting can be done via the FLIR Acoustic Camera Viewer cloud service. With regular maintenance routines, the Si1-LD helps reduce the environmental impact of facilities and saves on energy costs. Image transfer is made possible wirelessly using WiFi, as well as via USB flash drive or USB data cable.

The camera can identify leaks as small as 0.004 l/min, and through built-in measurement and cost analysis tools, you can see the annual costs caused by the leak in real time. Early leak detection improves safety and minimizes the need for emergency repairs. Fast and accurate leak detection also enhances compressed air maintenance. CO2 emissions calculations can also be added to the leak report.

Auto Distance – Automatic distance measurement up to 5 meters simplifies and sharpens imaging in an industrial environment as there’s no need to adjust distance due to variable imaging distances.
