The ATEX certification covers Zone 2 (gas) and Zone 22 (dust). The Si2x offers an effective, easy-to-use, and scalable ultrasonic inspection tool that helps reduce energy costs and productivity losses in explosive vapor and dust environments. Safely and effectively identify and quantify small and hard-to-detect leaks from distances up to 200 meters. The camera locates and measures leaks from the most commonly used pressurized gases in industry. The camera detects leaks of up to 0.0032 l/min from a 3 bar system at a distance of 2.5 meters, and with built-in measurement and cost analysis tools, you can see the annual costs caused by a leak in real-time, including compressed air, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, methane, natural gas, helium, argon, ammonia, and nitrogen. The leak report also includes CO2 emission calculations. Early leak detection enhances safety and minimizes the need for emergency repairs. Quick and accurate leak detection also streamlines the maintenance of compressed air and gas systems. Detection of bearing faults The camera can also locate faults in bearings and other mechanical equipment.
