The cultivation plate includes two different growth media for aerobic bacteria, yeast, and molds. The product is suitable for determining contamination levels in cooling fluids, cutting fluids, fluids in the paper industry, fuel tanks of ships and aircraft, and tanks in the petrochemical industry.

Usage:
A sample is taken by dipping the plate into the fluid being tested. The plate can also be wetted in a fluid spray. Excess fluid is drained from the plate. The plate can be incubated either at room temperature or in a temperature incubator (Cultura M). After incubation, the density of microbial colonies is compared to the reference table in the instructions.
