Aidian Hygicult E hygiene test

Microbiological surface hygiene test for the detection of enterobacteria. The Hygicult culture plate contains a growth medium conducive to the development of enterobacteria on both sides. This domestically produced product meets strict quality assurance standards, ensuring reliable and repeatable results. Results are comparable to those obtained through traditional plate culture methods. The ready-to-use product is pressed against the surface to be tested, a sample is transferred to the medium with a swab, or the plate is dipped into a liquid. The plate is incubated in an incubator. It is convenient to transport to the sampling site at any time of day, as the display requires no prior preparations. Results can be read after 1-2 days.

The sample is taken by pressing the Hygicult plate directly against the surface to be tested, transferring a sample to the medium with a swab, or by dipping the plate into a liquid. The plate is incubated at +35-37 °C for 24-48 hours. The result is read by comparing the growth density to a model chart. Enterococci bacteria grow on the plate as red colonies.
