Aidian Hygicult Y&F hygiene test

Microbiological surface hygiene test for detecting yeasts and molds. The Hygicult cultivation plate is equipped with growth-promoting medium on both sides. The specific medium prevents the growth of organisms other than yeasts and molds on the plate. A domestic product that meets strict quality assurance standards, ensuring reliable and reproducible results. The results are comparable to those obtained with traditional petri dish cultivation methods. The ready-to-use product is pressed against the surface to be tested, a sample is collected on the medium with a swab, or the plate is immersed in a liquid. It is convenient to transport to the sampling site at any time of day, as no prior preparations are required for the test. The result is readable 1-5 days after sampling, depending on the incubation temperature.

The sample is collected by pressing the Hygicult plate directly against the surface to be tested, transferring the sample to the medium with a swab, or dipping the plate into a liquid. The plate is incubated either at room temperature for three days or at +35-37 °C for one day. The result is read by comparing the growth density to a reference chart.
