Optimized replacement time for flexible elements saves costs and is environmentally friendly, as knowing the condition of the elements means they no longer need to be replaced prematurely for safety. Additionally, potential unforeseen damages are avoided because you know exactly when the elements need to be replaced.

Thanks to AIQ Detect, your coupling becomes an intelligent component. The digital sensor monitors the wear and condition of the flexible elements and measures the direction and speed of movement. Thus, the condition of the coupling is under continuous observation. The device features a colored LED strip that directly displays the condition of the flexible element with color coding. Furthermore, you can check the status of the coupling via the AIQ app through a Bluetooth connection or by integrating it with your system through a PLC connection. If you are using Flender's AIQ Core device, you can also check the status of the coupling in the cloud-based AIQ portal.

AIQ Detect can be ordered pre-installed in new couplings or you can easily install it later onto your old coupling by ordering the AIQ Detect aftermarket installation kit.
