AT Renewable penetrating lubricant

AT Renewable Penetrating Lubricant is the world’s first penetrating industrial lubricant with almost 100% bio-based content. The product combines a renewable solvent and a renewable bio-based oil with a ceramic component that allows dry lubrication and easy removal of parts. The ceramic additive has a temperature resistance of up to +900 °C, and its thin size of 4 to 10 microns ensures excellent lubrication, abrasion resistance and removal. Acts as an excellent penetrating remover, displaces moisture and leaves a lubricating ceramic oil film as well as a thin protection against corrosion. Significantly improves lubrication properties at dismantled locations.

Applications include stuck parts; cleaning surfaces from rust spots; and various applications that require light lubrication and corrosion protection. The product is odourless, so no heavy ventilation systems are required on the premises. The product is silicone free.

Thanks to its bio-based content, AT Renewable Penetrating Lubricant has a significantly lower carbon footprint than its fossil alternatives. 95% of the product content is also easily biodegradable. Because the lubricating spray contains carbon dioxide as a propellant, it is also safe to use due to its very low VOC content and the non-combustibility of the product.
