The brushless auto feed screwdriver DFR551 is an excellent tool for tasks such as securing drywall or building decks. It is powered by an 18V LXT® system battery.

The machine features a powerful, long-lasting, and energy-saving brushless motor with a speed range of 0 – 6,000 RPM and infinite speed control. It has a durable aluminum feeding mechanism. Compatible with auto feed screw sizes with a diameter of 3.5 – 4.2 mm and lengths of 25 – 55 mm. The Makita XPT system effectively protects the tool against water and dust.

The device includes a feature that starts the motor at full power only when the screw is pressed against the material. This function results in reduced power consumption and allows the battery capacity to last longer.
