A 2-component repair composite (chemical metal) based on solvent-free epoxy resin reinforced with silicone and silicon steel alloy. This high-temperature repair system is designed for repairing and reconstructing metals while providing excellent corrosion protection. When immersed, Belzona 1511 is suitable for use at temperatures up to 150 °C (302 °F). This product can be coated without ice blasting, significantly reducing application costs and downtime. Belzona 1511 is non-rusting and withstands a wide range of chemicals. This repair material can be easily mixed and applied without special tools, and once cured, it is durable yet fully machinable.
