Coating thickness gauge Sauter TE 1250-0.1FN
Read more
The Sauter TE coating thickness gauge is designed to measure the thickness of various coatings on magnetic (F) and non-magnetic (N) materials. A typical application is, for example, the measurement of the thickness of paint on magnetic metal. With the Offset-Accur function, the gauge can be locally adjusted using a two-point calibration to achieve a measurement error of less than 1% of the material being measured. The Sauter TE is supplied in a plastic box. Delivery includes sensors F and N, adjusting strips, reset strips and batteries (4x 1.5V AAA). Functions: - coating thickness measurement - reset - accuracy improvement with Offset-Accur - Automatic shutdown (saves batteries) - unit switching Basic features: - measuring capacity 100 / 1250 μm - reading accuracy d= 0.1 / 1 μm - minimum thickness of base material 300 μm - measurement error up to 3% of the measured material, with Offset-Accur up to 1% - units of measurement μm and mm - RS232 serial interface to PC - measuring head cable length 1.0 m Operating conditions: - dry indoor conditions - operating temperature 0-50°C Accessories, available separately: - factory calibration - data acquisition software for PC (USB cable included) |
