The Mitutoyo 2046A-60 is an analogue dial indicator that complies with the EN ISO standard and has IP64 protection against dust and splash water. The measuring range is 0-10 mm, with a measurement increment of 1 mm per revolution and a division of 0.01 mm. The dial is of the continuous type, with a scale of 0-100, and the body diameter is 57 mm (Series 2). The dial gauge has an 8 mm Ø stem and a lug back. The contact tip is made of carbide, thread M2.5 × 0.45 mm. The accuracy values stated by the manufacturer are MPE 5 µm (1/10 turn), 9 µm (1/2 turn), 10 µm (1 turn), and 13 µm over the entire 10 mm measuring range, repeatability and hysteresis 3 µm and a measuring force of approximately 0.4 to 2.5 N. Thanks to its 8 mm Ø stem and ear mount, the dial gauge can be mounted directly on magnetic feet and various stands.
