Diesella Dial Indicator 0–20 × 0.01 mm is an analogue dial indicator with a measuring range of 0–20 mm and a reading accuracy of 0.01 mm. The dial has a diameter of 56 mm and a metal body. The dial indicator has a hardened and ground Ø8 mm h6 tolerance fixing stem, which fits standard magnetic feet and measuring stands. The outer ring of the dial can be rotated, allowing the pointer to be reset to the desired reference point. The scale has two adjustable tolerance markers for quickly marking the upper and lower limits for visual monitoring. The gauge is manufactured in accordance with DIN 878 and is supplied in a plastic case with a flat rear back plate and a separate hanging hinged back cover. A manufacturer's calibration/test certificate is also included.

The product is suitable for machining, installation and maintenance work, and quality control where a clearly readable gauge is needed for general external dimension comparisons with an accuracy of up to one-tenth of a millimetre. Typical applications include setting up machines and workpieces, checking surface deviations and runout, and measuring various jigs and fixtures with a magnetic foot or other stand.
