The Mitutoyo 7210A is a depth gauge with a dial indicator designed for accurate depth measurements in machine shop and quality control environments. The gauge has a rectangular base plate with a reference surface that is hardened, precision ground, and micro-lapped to ensure a consistent and highly flat reference surface for accurate measurements. With a measuring range of 0-10 mm and an accuracy of 0.01 mm, the instrument is well suited for general machining and installation depth measurements.
