The Mitutoyo 7316A is an analogue thickness gauge designed for precise measurements of, for example, pipe wall thickness, films, paper, or groove depths. The measuring range is 0-0.5 inches with a scale interval of 0.001 inches. The instrument has a maximum measuring depth of 1.2 inches and a parallelism of 5 µm. This model is equipped with knife-edge contact points, which are well suited for narrow grooves and challenging measurement targets.
