Dial Indicator Thickness Gauge

The Mitutoyo 7327A is an analogue thickness gauge, especially suitable for measuring the thickness of thin materials such as tube walls, film, paper, or lenses. With a measuring range of 0-1 mm and a scale interval of 0.001 mm, even small thickness differences can be accurately measured. The instrument has a declared accuracy of ±0.005 mm and a parallelism tolerance of 5 µm, ensuring very high measurement repeatability. The applied force is up to 1.5 N, and the maximum measuring depth is 30 mm, allowing for measurements at slightly deeper locations.

The contact points are flat ceramic disc contact points, which ensure a uniform distribution of the measuring force and a long service life. The construction is rigid yet easy to handle. Weighing around 225 g, this combination makes the gauge an excellent choice for professional applications requiring accurate, reliable, and repeatable thickness measurements.
