EBS-260 Handheld mobile printer

The EBS-260 is a portable, battery-powered inkjet printer that enables the marking of texts and codes on almost any surface in any location. The device operates entirely wirelessly, and its user interface is based on a touchscreen that allows project management without a computer. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and USB. The print height ranges between 11 and 57 millimetres, and the construction is designed to withstand various working conditions. The device weighs approximately 1.58 kilograms including the battery and ink container. Its protection class is IP44, which makes it suitable for use in damp or dusty environments.

The product memory can store more than 50,000 projects, and it is equipped with a USB port to support extensive data management in field use. Printing can be triggered either by the device’s internal program or synchronized with the speed of a rotating guide roller, providing a flexible printing rhythm in different production environments. The battery life is up to 16 hours when printing approximately 60 full-length metre texts with a resolution of about 550 dots at 20 °C, and the device automatically issues a low-battery warning. The inkjet technology is based on the Drop on Demand principle, using interchangeable nozzles with a standard diameter of 150 µm, with alternatives of 120 µm, 170 µm, or 200 µm available.
