The exchangeable tips are made of 30% carbon fiber reinforced plastic: very good electrical and thermal conductivity, scratch resistance, and durability. The surface resistance of the exchangeable tips made from carbon fiber reinforced plastic is 10^2–10^4 ohms and it compensates for potential differences between the user and electronic components in a controlled manner. The exchangeable tips withstand long-term use up to temperatures of 130 °C and temporarily up to 190 °C. The tips made from carbon fiber reinforced plastic are highly flexible, fatigue-resistant, vibration-damping, and water-repellent. The tips are highly resistant to various chemicals (most oils, lubricants, fuels, and non-polar solvents). Same precision and stability as standard tweezers: the plastic tips feature a gapless 3-point connection (2 fixed points on the arms, one screw), allowing the user to fit them to the body perfectly without play.
