Soudaband 600 BG1 is a saturated, pre-compressed BG1-rated (according to standard DIN18542) expanding seam tape. One side features an adhesive surface. Suitable for movement joints, connections around windows and doors. Rainproof up to 600 Pa, vapor-permeable, UV-resistant, permanently elastic, with excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties. Soudaband 600 BG1 can be used as a primary joint sealant. It can be directly exposed to weather conditions and does not require additional finishing.

The first number of the product name (e.g., 10) indicates the width of the tape in millimeters. The second number pair (e.g., 1–3) indicates the gap width in millimeters for which the tape is intended to be installed. Example: Soudaband 600 BG1 10/1–3 = tape width 10 mm, suitable for gaps of 1–3 mm.
