SKF Food Line bearing units have been developed to provide a complete range of hygienic and highly efficient bearing unit solutions for the most demanding food and beverage industry environments. The solutions are specifically designed to exclude foreign materials and reduce the spread of bacteria, offering a solution to many food safety issues. The new permanently lubricated bearing units, designed to withstand frequent cleaning, also address many traditional maintenance challenges.

Food Line flange bearing units are available in the following series:
- F2B = Flange bearing unit (oval)
- F3BB = Flange bearing unit (3-bolt)
- F4B = Flange bearing unit (square)

Food Line flange bearing units are available with housings made of composite material (C designation after the series marking) and stainless steel (SS designation after the series marking). The bearings can be selected either as zinc-coated (ZM post-marking) or stainless steel (SS marking).
