You do not need a pilot drill bit for standard decking wood types, as the CAMO patented drill point screw together with the guide will not split the wood's surface. The CAMO handle comes with a 1.6mm wide spacer, allowing you to fix the most common pressure-treated deck boards at the correct distance from each other. Wider 3.2mm and 5mm spacers are available as accessories for the guide. The work speeds up even more since there is no need to separately adjust the board gaps with another tool. Do not use the handle with products from other manufacturers to ensure the correct screw installation depth. This CAMO handle is designed for special widths of 133-148mm board.
