Finnish-manufactured key-flag certified storage containers suitable for outdoor use. They function as independent fire compartments, allowing for placement without safety distances. The structure of the containers has been tested and certified for fire resistance (for example, REI 90) from both inside and outside. The containers are optimized for the lawful storage of small containers containing flammable and easily ignitable substances as well as 200-liter drums. They are also suitable for situations requiring standard-compliant protection solutions: for example, fire safety, compliance with building regulations, and continuity of use. Fire safety containers are designed to withstand heavy use and provide long-lasting protection: the steel frames are hot-dip galvanized and finished with 2K paint, the insulation panels are up to 100 mm thick, and the doors and structures pass tests according to standard EN 1634-1. The containers are available with various shelf heights. The storage levels are equipped with removable, hot-dip galvanized grates (max load capacity 1250 kg/m²). 5 mm drip trays with required volumes are located on the lowest storage level. Roof drainage has also been taken into account, with rainwater directed through the roof profiles to both short sides of the containers and optionally through either the right or left corner profiles or both to the drainage outlets. From there, it can be directed, for example, through a drain pipe to the installation site's drainage system. - Accessories such as ATEX-approved heating, air conditioning, lighting, and automatic extinguishing systems can be added to the containers as necessary. - Approved for 90 minutes of fire resistance (REI 90) as complete systems. - In indoor use, the containers function as independent fire compartments – the surrounding environment does not require separate safety distances. - Frames: hot-dip galvanized steel + 2K finish, long-term corrosion protection. - Color: light gray - Insulation: fire-resistant panels up to 100 mm thick. - Door options: swinging door or double door, optionally at specified intervals on the short or long sides of the storage container. - Lockable, self-closing fire safety doors compliant with standard EN 13501-2 EI₂ 90-C - Removable lifting loops for safe lifting and transport securing - Suitable for EX zones - Groundable (connection option available); lightning strike protection measures available if necessary Inquire for more information from your nearest megacenter, and we will make you an offer. |
