Flange Gasket DN 20 PN 10-40

2,0 mm thick PTFE, reinforced with fiberglass and commonly called "BLUE-PTFE", is commonly used in the chemical, petrochemical, paper, and pharmaceutical industries for chemical equipment. SC1100 is a modern material specifically designed for demanding conditions, providing excellent chemical resistance and reliable sealing to prevent leaks and reduce downtime.

Temperature and Pressure Range: -200°C to +260°C, pressures up to 40 bar.

Certificates:
EU 1935/2004 for food compliance and US FDA.
Tightening torques for flange joints in pressure equipment and chemical pipelines comply with current regulations.

Features:
SC1100 is a PTFE-based material reinforced with glass fiber, offering significant advantages over pure PTFE:

Material Composition: PTFE and glass fiber.

Not suitable for chemicals: Fluorine compounds and alkali metals. Caustic mixtures and sulfuric acid can degrade the internal glass fiber of the gasket.
