KTR's Rotex ZS-DKM-SH is a two-joint flexible angular contact coupling with split hubs. The split hubs offer a significant advantage in installation, as they allow the coupling to be installed and removed radially without moving the connected shafts and equipment. The hubs are mechanically split and connected back to their original position with a tight bolted connection. The coupling is ideal for compensating for large radial misalignments. The coupling is also maintenance-free, so when installed correctly, it does not require time-consuming and system-stopping maintenance measures.
