Fredman baking paper sheets 2/1 GN

The dimensions of the Fredman 2/1GN baking paper sheet are 650x530 mm, and it is designed for use with the 2/1GN tray. The baking paper sheet prevents the prepared food from sticking to the GN tray. It also reduces food waste, as the food will not stick to the bottom of the dish.

Fredman baking paper sheets are strong, brown glassine coated with silicone on both sides. The product withstands grease and moisture very well.

You can use it in the oven and the microwave at max. 220 °C for 20 min. Be sure not to let the paper get into contact with the oven’s heating resistors.

The baking paper sheets can be composted or disposed of in biowaste.
