The Gates 550C frequency tension meter ensures easy and extremely accurate measurement results by analyzing the belt's sound waves through a sensor. The device processes the signals and displays the exact tension of the belt digitally without delay. It is highly user-friendly and compact in size. Additionally, it features an accurate OLED display that guarantees easily and clearly readable measurement results. The correct belt tension for the application can be determined using the Gates DesignFlex Pro calculation software, available for download from the Gates website. The standard sales package includes the 550C tension meter and standard sensor. A longer sensor and inductive sensor are available separately.
