GORE® Universal Pipe Gasket (Style 800) is a chemical-resistant general-purpose gasket that seals a wide range of flange materials even at low bolt loads. It is made from homogeneous, multidirectionally reinforced 100 % ePTFE.

Applications:
• Oil & gas, chemical processing, power generation.
• Steel, metal, FRP, glass-lined steel, and plastic or glass flanges.
• Food- and gas-service applications possible.

Temperature & pressure range (typical):
Temperature –60 °C … +230 °C / Pressure full vacuum until 40 bar

Maximum operating limits (consult your distributor for higher pressures):
Temperature –269 °C … +315 °C / Pressure full vacuum until 210 bar

Features

Storage: ePTFE does not age.

One material – many flanges: Style 800 can replace numerous traditional gasket types and reduce inventory. This universal gasket eliminates leakage risk caused by choosing the wrong material.
