Material hardness tester Sauter HN-D
Read more
The Sauter HN-D measures the hardness of materials from metals on the Leeb scale. The measuring technique involves the probe penetrating the material, so that when using this method, a trace is left on the piece to be measured. In addition to the Leeb scale, the Brinell, Rockwell B and C, Vickers and Shore D scales can be used. The HN-D is suitable for mobile working and the pen-type instrument is easy to operate with one hand, even in awkward measuring positions. Measurements can be taken in any position of the device. 500 measurements can be stored in the memory of the instrument with date and time. The Sauter HN-D is supplied in a plastic box. The package includes power supply and charging cable, USB cable, small stabilizing ring and cleaning brush. Functions: - Material hardness measurement of metals - material selection - memory locations for 500 measurement results with timestamp; management of stored data - Automatic shutdown (saves battery life) - change of measurement unit Basic features: - Measurement capacity 170-960 HL - measurement accuracy d= 1 HL - measurement inaccuracy ±4 HLD - units of measurement HL, HV, HB, HRB, HRC - hardness scale HLD - minimum thickness of test piece 3 mm - minimum mass of test piece 2 kg - Type D Probe - clear backlit display, including battery charge - USB interface to computer - internal battery, rechargeable with supplied power supply or USB cable from PC - date and time Operating conditions: - operating temperature -10-40°C - permissible humidity 5-95% Accessories, available separately: - factory calibration - reference materials for adjustment - other models with external sensors are also available, as well as a model based on ultrasonic technology that does not damage the target to be measured, ask your nearest Megacenter for more information |
