Hydraulic hose assemblies

• Hydraulic hose assemblies are available from Megacenters that stock hydraulics.
• Assemblies can be equipped with crimped fittings, protections, and markings according to customer needs.
• They are ideally suited for machines, equipment, and mobile machinery.
• Also available as larger assembly packages.

Composite hose assemblies

• We sell composite hoses only as ready, pressure-tested assemblies.
• Our stock product families cover composite hoses designed for oil and chemical applications.
• We have one of the largest hose crimping presses in Finland, with which we manufacture assemblies in the size range DN 25 – DN 125.
• Larger hoses, such as those intended for port and marine use, are supplied as factory deliveries.
• All composite hose assemblies are assembled using a dry method without adhesives and chemicals.
• Each assembly is pressure-tested, and the delivery includes a written pressure test certificate.

All-Metal Hose Assemblies

• Delivered according to customer dimensions and requirements.
• Hoses based on welded corrugated metal tubes are ideally suited for high temperatures, pressures, and aggressive substances.
• All assemblies are always pressure-tested before delivery.
• Manufacturing takes place in cooperation with our carefully selected subcontractor network.

Customized Hose Sets and Cutting Service

• We deliver hose sets defined per machine according to customer drawings and orders.
• A typical set includes hoses of various lengths and sizes, which can be pre-assembled with clamps or fittings.
• The cutting service saves the customer’s working time and ensures that the hoses are immediately ready for use in production.

Low-Pressure Hose Assemblies with Hose Clamps

• An economical and quick solution for low-pressure applications.
• Suitable, for example, for water and steam hoses as well as for maintenance needs.
• When the assemblies are delivered assembled by Etra, you can rely on the correct installation method and safe use.
• For the most demanding assemblies, such as steam hoses, a pressure test certificate can be provided.

Hose Assemblies with Crimped Ferrules

• We supply rubber hose assemblies with crimped ferrules, for example to the food and pharmaceutical industries.
• This solution saves the customer’s installation time and ensures correct assembly.
• We have equipment that allows crimping even large-sized hose assemblies – a capacity that only a few operators in Finland possess.
• A pressure test certificate can also be provided upon request.
