SF 1000 HYG/3 is a heavy-duty plastic pallet made of food-grade plastic, suitable for use in cleanroom environments, among others. Thanks to its smooth finish, these pallets are the perfect choice for the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. It is specially designed to meet the demanding requirements of industrial and logistics applications where efficient and reliable solutions are needed. The pallet also works exceptionally well with automated conveyor systems. The borderless pallets slide and move more smoothly in automatic conveyor systems, as the edges do not catch on machinery. The absence of borders also allows for the load to be positioned right up to the edges of the pallet, maximizing the available space, particularly in large logistics loads. The lack of edges also facilitates the placement of large or combined loads across multiple pallets simultaneously.
