Makita XGT Cordless Drill DF001GZ, 1 pc BL4025 battery, DC-40RA fast charger, and Rapala Lazer Makita EDT 6” ice auger. The LAZER ice auger with a drill adapter was co-developed by Makita and Rapala. The auger's spiral sections are made from ArcTec® Polymer composite, which makes the auger extremely durable, lightweight in use, and easy to transport. The number of spiral sections can be customised to achieve your desired auger depth, and the hexagon design of the auger body ensures the spiral segments remain in place even in the most demanding conditions. The auger's Synthetic ArcTec® steel crown with a tip spike allows you to drill net-setting holes, i.e., drilling holes side-by-side. The auger is supplied with a Universal cordless drill adapter, which features a freely rotating flange. The flange prevents the auger from falling into the ice hole and also prevents the user from grabbing the auger body while it is still spinning. The auger is manufactured by Rapala and made in Finland.
