Alesco ACE 12 is a 400V 12 kW low-frequency (15.5 kHz) induction heater with liquid cooling. The advantages of a low-frequency heater include higher heating power with lower kilowatt consumption (equivalent to approximately 18kW high-frequency heater and works with a 16A 3-phase plug and a 16A fuse), deeper heating penetration into metal, and linear heating even for non-magnetic metals such as aluminum, brass, and stainless steel.

Thanks to liquid cooling, the heating tip cools down almost immediately after heating, increasing work/fire safety and preventing damage. The machine comes with a 6m heating cable, providing a wide working radius without moving the unit.

Available as an accessory is a straight heating tip instead of the standard 45-degree angle heating tip. The package includes the NIX 3 cooling unit, which provides the device with a long continuous working time and allows for easy movement at the workstation. The product comes with a 2-year warranty.
