Details
Iron phosphating agent for spray treatments and grease removal on aluminum and zinc surfaces. Forms a uniform phosphate layer of up to 1.4 g/m² for paint adhesion. Suitable for iron phosphating in spray treatments before painting steel metals. It is also suitable for grease removal cleaning of aluminum and galvanized materials.

Dosage: 1 – 2 %
Processing time: 1 – 3 min/treatment step
Operating temperature: 40 – 70 °C
