Iron phosphating agent for spray treatment and fat removal from aluminum and galvanized surfaces. Forms a smooth phosphate layer of up to 1.4 g/m² as a bonding surface for paint. Suitable for iron phosphating steel before painting in spray applications. Also effective for degreasing aluminum and galvanized materials.

Dosage: 1 – 2 %
Processing time: 1 – 3 min/treatment step
Usage temperature: 40 – 70 °C
pH of working solution approx. 3.5 – 5.5
