Eco-labeled machine detergent for cleaning aluminum dishes, suitable for large kitchens, stores, and bakeries. The formulation does not harm or corrode sensitive metals. Best suited for water hardness levels of 0–12°dH.
Dispensed using an automatic detergent dosing pump.
Dosage starts at 1.2 g/l when water hardness exceeds 6°dH. Cleaning is performed with a wash solution at approximately 60 - 65 °C.
Pre-rinse dishes with max +35 °C water before the main wash. Place the items in the appropriate washing basket with the dirty side facing the wash jets, ensuring that all dishes are within reach of the wash jets.
