Kiilto Vaseline spray 400ml

Iron phosphating agent for spray treatments and grease removal from aluminum and zinc surfaces. Forms a uniform phosphate layer of up to 1.4 g/m² as an adhesion coating for paint. Designed for iron phosphating of steel metals before painting in spray applications. Also suitable for grease removal washes for aluminum and galvanized materials.
Dosage: 1 – 2 %
Treatment time: 1 – 3 min/treatment step
Application temperature: 40 – 70 °C
pH of the working solution approx. 3.5 – 5.5
Shake the can before use, spray onto the area to be lubricated. The can works in all positions.
