KKL 24 X 27 X 15 slide bearing

The KKL sliding bearing is a maintenance-free three-layer sliding bushing designed for dry operation and demanding industrial applications. The structure of the bearing consists of a steel frame, a porous bronze layer, and a PTFE-based sliding surface that forms a self-lubricating film on the shaft during use. This effectively reduces friction and wear without separate lubrication.
KKL sliding bearings withstand high loads and operate reliably in both rotating and oscillating motion. The material offers a low coefficient of friction, does not cause stick-slip phenomena, and is also suitable for mating surfaces with low hardness. The operating temperature range is wide, from –200 °C to +290 °C, and the bearing effectively dampens vibration and noise. KKL sliding bearings are commonly used in hydraulics, vehicles, agriculture and construction machinery, as well as in industrial equipment where a compact structure, long service life, and maintenance-free operation are required.
