KKLL 18x20x26x1x17 slide bearing

The KKLL sliding bearing is a maintenance-free three-layer sliding bushing designed for dry operation and demanding industrial applications. The structure of the bearing consists of a steel body, a porous bronze layer, and a PTFE-based sliding surface that forms a self-lubricating film on the shaft during use. This effectively reduces friction and wear without separate lubrication.
KKLL sliding bearings withstand high loads and operate reliably in both rotating and oscillating motion. The material provides a low friction coefficient, does not cause stick-slip phenomena, and is also suitable for counter surfaces with low hardness. The operating temperature range is wide, from –200 °C to +290 °C, and the bearing effectively dampens vibration and noise.
