A universal lifting eye clutch used for lifting and handling precast concrete elements that contain separate lifting anchors. The lower part of the round main body of the lifting clutch has a pocket that fits a correspondingly shaped T-lifting anchor head into the semicircular recess of the concrete element. Connecting and disconnecting is easy and fast, and can be accomplished in virtually one motion.
