LOCTITE® 272 is a red, medium viscosity, methacrylate-based threadlocking adhesive with high strength. The thixotropic consistency of LOCTITE 272 prevents any migration of the adhesive from the joint after it has been implemented. Its fixture time on steel is 10 minutes, 5 minutes on brass and 15 minutes on stainless steel. Can tolerate slight contaminations of industrial oils. Compatible with all metal brackets. The breakaway torque of M10 bolt is 23 Nm.
