5331 is recommended for use on plastic pipe threaded fittings (plastic/plastic, plastic/metal) carrying hot or cold water. This product cures at ambient temperatures under the influence of atmospheric moisture to form a low strength flexible seal against hot and cold water.
- German DVGW (NG-5146 AR 0618) and KTW approvals for gas and drinking water pipes.Tested according to EN 751-1 standard,
- WRC-approval for drinking water pipes up to 85°C
