When tightening, the machine stops when the desired tightening torque is reached and the green indicator light comes on for a moment. If there is something wrong with the joint and tightening does not occur as it should, the machine will beep and the red indicator light will illuminate. A low battery warning is given by an indicator light until the battery is completely discharged. The indicator lights also indicate the need for future maintenance. The machine itself does not require any maintenance beyond normal cleaning, but the user can set the desired service interval. The desired tightening torque is set by computer software between 4-12Nm. The rotation speed is adjustable between 50-700 min-1. The program can also be used to set different stages in the tightening process, e.g. initially a full revolution to ensure that the screw hits the thread, then a full revolution to remove the "blanks" from the long screw, and finally a slowdown to slower revolutions to keep the final tightening under control. All this automatically and very quickly by pressing the operating switch. The basic version is supplied without battery and charger. Recommended battery 18V / 2.0Ah. |
