The backpack vacuum developed for the Makita XGT® 40V Max battery system, VC009GLZ01, is compactly designed and equipped with excellent ergonomics thanks to its sturdy straps and hip belt. It features a highly efficient, brushless motor that is completely maintenance-free and comparable in suction power to that of equivalent corded devices. Three different power levels can be selected depending on the work environment. Operating time ranges from 14 to 62 minutes, depending on the suction power used with a 5 Ah XGT® battery. The dust container has a capacity of 2 liters, and it is recommended to use a fleece dust bag for easier emptying. The unit comes standard with an easily cleanable HEPA 13-class filter. The VC009GLZ01 is specifically designed for attachment to construction machinery and is supplied with a narrower 28 mm diameter vacuum hose suitable for machine connection, as well as two different adapters for connecting the units. By connecting the vacuum to machinery, nearly dust-free operation can be achieved. The AWS (Auto-start Wireless System) allows the vacuum and the machine to be linked via Bluetooth. This enables the vacuum to start automatically when the machine itself is powered on. A Bluetooth chip is included with the package. |
