Metal detector test card set

With these cards, you can test the sensitivity of a metal detector. The package includes 5 different cards, each containing a small MDP plastic ball that varies in size between 2.5 mm and 8 mm. If a knife or cutter approved for the food industry ends up on a food conveyor and breaks, you can determine how small of particles the metal detector can detect with the help of the cards. Typically, metal detectors detect MDP plastic particles sized between 3 - 5 mm.
