Applications Used for metal/metal, slow to medium-speed movements, and highly loaded lubrication surface combinations. Suitable as a long-term lubricant for highly loaded and slow-moving sliding guide lubrication surfaces, reciprocating movements, intermittent movements, to improve the break-in process, as an assembly lubricant to replace traditional installation pastes, for lubrication under high vacuum and/or extreme temperatures. For example: cylinder head bolts, galvanized bolts, bolts made of austenitic stainless steel, toaster guide rails, automotive mirror adjustment mechanisms, high voltage circuit breakers, break-in lubrication for highly stressed gears, emergency lubricant in wind turbine rotors, and scratch prevention agent in cold working of steel. Technical specifications: - Room temperature drying, handling dry in 5 min. (+23°C) and fully cured in 2 hours (+23°C). - The coating prevents jamming - The age of the coating has little effect on its properties, allowing the treatment to achieve lifetime lubrication of the equipment - Extremely wide operating temperature range -180…+450°C, which cannot be achieved with traditional lubricants - And very high surface pressure resistance properties of 12,500N (if the surfaces to be treated are phosphated before coating). - Surface coverage capability of the dry lubricant 7m2/kg - Color: gray-black |
