Monitex BT 28/200 measuring hub

MONITEX BT is a measuring system integrated into the ROTEX coupling hub for measuring and monitoring torque and speed. Thanks to its compact design, the system can in many cases replace the standard ROTEX coupling hub and is easy to install. The wireless power supply is achieved by means of an inductive head mounted radially on the coupling, which can be positioned up to 10 mm from the coupling.

When the system is switched on, the MONITEX BT transmits the measured torque and speed data via Bluetooth. The data can be received using the free MONITEX-BT app on a smartphone, tablet or computer. The app visualises the collected operating data as curves and numerical figures. The app also displays average and maximum values. If limit value monitoring is activated, the app sends an alarm when the load exceeds or falls below the specified limits. The MONITEX BT also has an integrated torque and speed display, which is activated as soon as the drive is started.
