The accordion partition curtain effectively encloses the welding area, preventing welding arcs, sparks, and harmful UV radiation from spreading into the surrounding workspace. The translucent UV-filtering film reduces light and radiation transmission while minimising reflections into the environment. The material meets EN 25980 requirements and its fire behaviour has been tested using the C.S.M. 1273.3 method — the material is self-extinguishing once the flame is removed. The folding frame has no removable parts, ensuring effortless operation. Wheels make it easy to move the screen from one workstation to another, and the locking mechanism keeps it firmly in place during use. The length adjusts to suit the situation at hand, and when folded, the screen takes up minimal space and fits easily into a van for transport directly to the job site. Available in three sizes: • Width 200 cm x height 200 cm • Width 250 cm x height 200 cm • Width 300 cm x height 200 cm Standard curtain height: 1870 mm. A 2000 mm curtain with a vertical seam is available to order.
