NITTO 51A 100mm/30.5m black

Nitto 51A is a thick vinyl tape designed for corrosion protection of underground structures. The tape's flexibility in different temperature ranges allows for manual installation on pipes, welds, joints and fittings.

The product structure combines a plasticized PVC film and a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive surface, which forms an air and moisture-proof barrier. The tape can be installed on a variety of surfaces, such as steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, copper, glass, plastic and rubber. It is also very resistant to abrasion and is suitable, for example, as a sandblasting tape.

Nitto 51A is suitable for corrosion protection of pipelines in demanding conditions above and below ground. The installation temperature is up to -25 °C … +70 °C and the operating temperature range is -45 °C … +70 °C.
